Journey

After meeting our 2020 greenhouse gas reduction goal in 2015, we set more ambitious goals, using science-based target setting methodologies to align our new goal with what the world needs to successfully limit climate impact. We made further progress toward these goals by completing major wind energy purchase agreements totaling 250 megawatts and adding a 2.4 megawatt solar canopy to our world headquarters.

We conducted a comprehensive materiality assessment exercise benchmarked against the most recent, fourth generation of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines - GRI-G4 that emphasize stakeholders as the primary driver for materiality. Through this initiative, we aim to report the positive and negative impact of all our business operations on the economy, environment, and society.
